Wonderful and versatile for many recipes from filling for a cake to smeared on toast, with a croissant or to make sauce for chicken adding some Dijon mustard, ginger and some herbs like thyme or dill.

The black cherry is perfect, accompanied and highlighting any dessert like ice cream on a cheesecake, even right next to a cheese plate or sweetening a cocktail. The Figs also is great. Exquisite as an appetizer with Brie cheese and macadamia nuts or pecans or a sweet alternative to some vinaigrette for salads.
