I made these little puddings the last day of the year to have a bite of something sweet with a glass of Champagne to welcome the New Year.
The name Maui Mountain got my attention. I had to try it, my Mom lives there. That night I made chicken nuggets and for a change, didn’t make any sauce!
The texture was really surprisingly delicate. Chewy and very tempting once you try it, you’ll definitely want more.
Making this was like doing a mini garden, more precisely, like a pot and soil recipe for planting, the result was an adorable tiny salad.
This is my thing, I have table top items everywhere. I use them on a daily basis. I think that everything has to be used almost immediately.
There are things I miss. Aroma of coffee every morning, the smell of fresh bread. Dawn with the view of the mountains El Avila, and of course, arepas.

We arrived to the place up the hill, a small house with a beautiful bongaville facade and few tables at the front and the inside. At the front door was a wall menu all in Greek.
