Mixed feelings about making a turkey. Worst of all I just got a request to adopt a turkey.
We started at six in the afternoon and by nine that night were at the dining table having our quick, last minute Thanksgiving dinner.
If you are a coffee, liqueur and cream lover, you will adore it. Extremely easy to make.
This one of my family’s favorites. Great for entertaining and to make it vegetarian, swap out the chicken for veggies or tofu.

The thyme and the wine will give this meat gratin a French countryside touch. If I have mashed potatoes or ground meat in the fridge, it’s a sign I should make this gratin!
