INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of ice
- 3 ounces of tequila
- 2 ounces of lemon juice
- ounce of Cointreau (or triple sec)
- 1 tablespoon of syrup (or sugar)
- Coarse sea salt
PREPARATION
Mix in a blender tequila, lemon, Cointreau, syrup and ice, until it turns into a slush. Wet the rim of the glass in lemon juice and rub into the salt to achieve a frosted effect. Serve in cocktail glass and garnish with a slice of lemon.
