Rennay’s Scones



  • 4 Cups of Self Rising Flour
  • 1 1/2 Cup of Butter
  • 1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Cup of little Raisins
  • 1 1/2 Cup of Milk
  • Pinch of Salt


In a mixing bowl sift the flour and mix it with the salt and the butter. Once mixed thoroughly add the sugar, raisins and the milk. Stretch the dough out and knead it with a floured rolling pin until it is about 2cm thick.
Cut into circles with a cutter or a glass cup. Bake at 350 ยบ C for 15-20 min. or until golden.
