Brussels Sprouts on the stalk are always surprising to see, and not to mention delicious when marinated with soy-ginger and roasted.
Ingredients
one brussels sprouts stalk
1/3 cup soy sauce, I used Tamari
1 tablespoon minced ginger
zest of one lemon
juice of 1/2 a lemon
To make the sauce simply mix all ingredients. Remove unwanted leaves on the stalk and wash completely. Place on baking tray greased with olive oil. With a little brush marinate all the buds. Bake for about 40 minutes, cut one and check for tenderness. Serve on the stalk, garnish with dried berries.

It’s so important sometimes to surprise with the unexpected! To serve brussels sprouts on the stalk was a great way to break the ice on the table. It got an immediate happy and festive reaction! Hope you give it a try and make it at home.
Lola, esas son las coles de bruselas mejor presentadas y mas deliciosas que he comido, te confieso que a mi no me llamaban mucho la atencion hasta que las probe en tu casa.
These were to die for.
This looks awesome! I’ve never baked the entire stalk but it’s definitely a fun recipe I want to try! Love the soy sauce in the seasoning too! I’ve never tried that with brussel sprouts before. Must try!
