Queen of Mayos – A Simple Way to Flavor Mayo!

They are adventurous, ready to enhance a simple bite. I make them ahead of time and refrigerate them in little jars, ready for a picnic. They go well with almost anything and always have something that pairs well.

I like the parmesan mayo on a chicken milanese sandwich. The curry mayo is delicious with sweet potato baked chips and the olive mayo is the sparkled charm on a veggie salad. The lime mayo is great with fish cakes or steamed fish.
You will surely find what you like them most on.
I love them all!!!

 

Parmesan Mayo:

1/2 cup of mayonnaise
4 teaspoon olive oil
1 small garlic clove minced
1/4 cup parmessan cheese, grated

In a bowl mix all the ingredients in the same order.

 

Curry Mayo:

1/2 cup of mayonnaise
3 teaspoon of olive oil
1 small garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon curry powder or Garam Masala

In a bowl mix all the ingredients in the same order.

 

Tapenade Mayo:

1/2 cup of mayonnaise
3 teaspoon olive oil
1 small garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon kalamata olive tapenade.

In a bowl mix all the ingredients in the same order.

 

Lime Mayo:

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 lime (or lemon), juiced
1 garlic clove, minced

In a bowl mix all the ingredients.
