A must on my grocery list, Lifeway Frozen Kiefer. I adore it!!! It’s like eating scoops of foamy clouds. Specially the original flavor, because I can mix it with any fruit.
The taste is tangy and tart. It’s a smooth frozen Kefir yogurt, creamy and healthy. “All natural with 10 probiotics, glutten-free and 99% lactose free.”
It’s always in my freezer.
