Caipirinha

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp. Sugar
  • A measure of Cachaca
  • Crushed ice

PREPARATION

Cut the lime into four wedges, removing the seeds and the central vein.
In a shaker or mortar crush squeeze the slices of lime with the sugar until forming a concentrated juice. Mix the juice with the cachaca, then serve with ice and lime pieces.
