Smoked Turkey Sandwich


  • 20 thin slices of white rye bread without crust
  • 1/2 kilo of smoked turkey sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup of mango chutney
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise


To assemble, spread a spoonful of chutney on one slice of bread, and in on the other a tablespoon of mayonnaise with several slices of turkey superimposed. Join the two slices, cut in half, diagonally or in quarters.
