Girls Cooking

To please everybody’s taste buds— carnivores, vegetarians and vegans we prepared stuffed lettuce some with meat and others with veggies. We used cones made of banana leaves to serve jasmine rice with toasted coconut and sesame seeds and also prepared chicken skewers with peanut sauce, couscous, lentils and various dips to accentuate the snacks.
