An ultra refreshing summer drink, charming with flower ice cubes.

Ingredients:

4 organic, unwaxed lemons
1/2 cup of brown sugar (natural cane)
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
6 1/2 cups of water
organic edible flowers (for the ice cubes)

Fill ice cube tray with water and add little bunches of petals in each cube, freeze ahead of time. Wash the lemons well, cut each one into chunks and put into a food processor with 1/2 cup of water. Chop them into a puree. Straining the juice through a sieve, pour into a large jug. Add the rest of the water, the baking soda and the sugar. Adjust to taste, balancing your own sweet and sour.

Serve over the flower ice. (For the flower ice cubes I used organic edible flower.)

For a little twist, add a few drops of rose water.
