Face lift in the fridge

Facial surgery in the refrigerator like Dr. Perricone promises, where in just three days you will see visible difference in appearance. Dr Nicholas Perricone is a dermatologist, considered the father of the inflammation theory of aging. He is the author of three New York Times Best Selllers. Dr. Perricone came to the conclusion that cellular inflammation could be the cause of aging and chronic diseases. According to Nicholas, an anti-inflammatory regimen could help prevent age-related diseases and degenerative conditions both physically and mentally.

The anti-inflammatory diet consists of high quality protein such as that found in fish, shellfish, poultry and tofu. Carbohydrates, fruits, vegetables, oatmeal, beans and lentils. Healthy fats such as wild Alaskan salmon, halibut, sardines, anchovies, nuts, seeds and olive oil also are good.

Not only are you going to look great but you’ll feel much better. With only three days of “facelifting” you will see increasing illumination, brightness and firmness to the skin.

I can say “I tried it and liked it” I felt it and now it is part of my diet.

Here is a sample of an everyday menu:

BREAKFAST
3 egg omelet and / or 4-6 oz. grilled salmon
1 / 2 cup oatmeal cooked in water, not instant
A slice of melon 2 “or 1 / 3 cup berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries)
8-12 oz. Water

LUNCH
4-6 oz. grilled salmon (you can substitute with canned salmon adding a little lemon and mayonnaise)
2 cups green salad made with romaine lettuce or other greens, with dressing with extra virgin olive oil and lemon.
1 kiwi or a slice of melon and berries.
8-12 oz. water

SNACK
1 apple
2 oz. sliced turkey breast or 6 oz. plain yogurt
A small handful of hazelnuts, walnuts or almonds

DINNER
4-6 oz. grilled salmon
green salad
1 / 2 cup steamed vegetables. Especially asparagus, broccoli, spinach .. (No root vegetables like potatoes, carrots, beets, turnips etc.)
melon and berries
8-12 oz. of water.

BEFORE BEDTIME
1 pear or apple
2 oz. slice chicken or turkey breast or 6 oz. plain yogurt.
A small handful of hazelnuts, walnuts or almonds

  1. Have tried this diet several times and it is amazing, not only because of how much better you feel and look, but also because I always loose a few pounds in three days! I would recommend it, it is worth to try!!!
