It’s delicious. It’s creamy. It’s a coconut ice cream made without dairy, Luna and Larry’s Coconut Bliss. I like that you can feel the little bits of coconut in each bite. It’s a great alternative to frozen desserts for when vegan or kosher friends are over. For a fun surprise after a Thai dinner, I like to serve it in a real coconut bowl. They look great!
It’s non-dairy, organic, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, parve because its made from organic coconut milk, agave syrup, dried coconut, coconut extract and fair trade vanilla. The coconut comes from a family-owned organic farm in Thailand and the agave from Mexico. Luna & Larry’s state they are manufactured under sustainable practices at a third generation family-owned dairy facility in Eugene, Oregon.
